Board Appointment

The Directors of Hangar 8 Plc (AIM: HGR8), one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Philip Dominic Brady to the Board of the Company as Finance Director, with immediate effect.

Philip Brady, 38, was previously on the Board of Real Office Group Plc as Finance Director where he also managed a number of corporate transactions including a reverse takeover. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the regulatory regimes around listed companies and was a corporate finance director for eight years where he completed over 40 different types of investments in both the public and private markets.

Philip's investment experience includes merger and acquisition activities in small and medium sized enterprises which the Board believes will facilitate the Company's strategy of increasing the size of its fleet both organically and via the acquisition of other private jet charter operators.

Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Qatar British Business Forum as well as a member of the Securities Institute UK.

Commenting on Philip's appointment, Dustin Dryden, Chief Executive Officer of Hangar8 said:
