Gama Aviation Plc (the "Company") announces that following Admission of the 19,591,837 new ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") to trading on AIM, Marwan Khalek, Chief Executive Officer, has acquired a total of 255,105 Placing Shares at 245 pence each.
Following his acquisition of Placing Shares, Marwan Khalek and persons closely associated with him are interested in 14,179,607 Ordinary Shares in aggregate, representing approximately 22.3% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company following Admission.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning set out in the Circular published by the Company and dated 12 February 2018.
