Board Change
Gama Aviation Plc announces that Kevin Godley, Group CFO, has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Kevin will remain with the business until the end of January 2018 to ensure an orderly handover. An interim CFO is in the process of being recruited pending the appointment of a permanent replacement.
Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation plc said:
"I am very grateful to Kevin for his exceptional contribution to the business over the last five busy and transformational years. During this time Kevin has successfully set up and developed a robust global finance function and team to support the Group's growth. The board and I would like to thank Kevin for his tireless efforts during his time with the company and to wish him every success in his future role in the private sector."
