Gama Aviation was notified that on 30 May 2017, Jennifer Brown, the wife of Peter Brown, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 218 pence per Ordinary Share.
On the same day, Peter Brown transferred 10,000 Ordinary shares to his wife, Jennifer Brown. Following the purchase and the share transfer from Peter Brown, Jennifer Brown is beneficially interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Following the transfer of the shares, Peter Brown no longer has any beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital.
