AGM date and Recommended Dividend
Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services company, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 5 June 2018 at the offices of the Company, Business Aviation Centre, Farnborough Airport, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6XA.
As announced on 19 March 2018 in the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2017, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 2.75p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. If approved, the Company will pay the dividend on Wednesday 25 July 2018 to all shareholders on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 29 June 2018 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be on 28 June 2018.
