Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Dublin/London, 5 April 2019: Glenveagh Properties PLC ("Glenveagh" or the "Group") a leading Irish homebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange announces its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Report and Accounts"), and a notice convening the 2019 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.
