Exchange-traded bond programme approved

Globaltrans Investment PLC ("the Company" or together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or "the Group") (LSE ticker: GLTR) today announces that an exchange-traded bond programme ("the Programme") with the following key terms was approved on the level of Joint-Stock Company New Forwarding Company, a 100% subsidiary of the Group:

· Availability period of the Programme - 20 years;

· The maximum amount of the nominal values of the exchange-traded bonds that can be placed under the Programme - up to RUB 100 billion with a maximum maturity term - up to 20 years.

The Programme expands the sources of funding and flexibility available to the Group to finance its corporate needs. The Programme remains subject to the registration by the Public Joint-Stock Company "Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS" and any issuance under the Programme will be announced as and when appropriate.
