Globaltrans files for delistingfrom Moscow Exchange

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group") hereby announces that on 7 October 2024 it has submitted an application to delist its global depositary receipts (ticker: GLTR; ISIN: US37949E2046) (GDRs) from the Moscow Exchange (MOEX).

The delisting application was filed in accordance with the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 13 September 2024, which, among other things, involves the voluntary delisting of the Company's GDRs from MOEX, SPB Exchange (SPBE)[2] and the London Stock Exchange (LSE), as well as the listing on the Astana International Exchange (AIX). These actions are aimed at streamlining the Company's listing structure and maintaining a fully operational sole trading platform where the GDRs of the Company will be listed.
