T2 Income Fund Limited ("T2" or the "Company")
Result of EGM
Further to the Company's announcement on 14 October 2009 regarding the result of the proposed placing to raise £11 million, before expenses, T2 is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the proposal in relation to the Placing of new ordinary shares was duly passed unanimously.
Accordingly, application has been made for 44,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM (a market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc) and dealings are expected to commence at 8:00a.m. on 20 October 2009.
Following the admission of the Placing Shares, the Company will have a total of 87,000,000 ordinary shares in issue.
In addition, the resolution to change the Company's name to "Greenwich Loan Income Fund" was also passed unanimously. A further announcement will be made by the Company once the change of name becomes effective.
