Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited

 Dealing by Investment Manager

On 27 January 2010 the Company was notified that Saul Rosenthal, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the Company's Investment Manager, disposed of 58,000 ordinary shares for nil consideration as part of a donation to charitable causes. 

As a result of this transaction, Mr Rosenthal's holding is now 792,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.91% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, Mr Rosenthal, Mr Jonathan Cohen, Mr Patrick Conroy and Mr Darryl Monasebian, the senior management of T2 Advisers, LLC, all have material interests in Oxford Gate Capital LLC, which itself owns 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
