Gleeson(M J)Group PLC06 June 2007 M J GLEESON GROUP PLC (the "Company") 6 June 2007 Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging ManagementResponsibilities ("PDMRs") The Company was advised yesterday that, on 5 June 2007, the Directors andPersons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinaryshares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.12 per Ordinary Share through aProfit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has beenapproved by the Inland Revenue. In addition, the Company has been advised thatthe following Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilitiesacquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £4.12 perOrdinary Share through the reinvestment of the dividend earned on the Sharesoriginally acquired through the Scheme.
