Gleeson(M J)Group PLC31 March 2006 M J GLEESON GROUP plc Board Changes Gleeson (whose principal businesses are currently homes and regeneration,development and investment property, and civil engineering for the waterindustry) announces that, as indicated in its Strategic Review announced earliertoday, Tony Collins and Steve Davies will step down from the Board of theCompany tomorrow, 1 April 2006. These changes arise from the Group's revised strategy and the Board's desire toembrace more fully the best practice recommendations of the Combined Code. Tony and Steve will join the newly constituted Executive Board and will retainresponsibility for the activities of Gleeson Construction Services and GleesonProperties, respectively.
