Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons

The Company has been advised that Jolyon Harrison, Managing Director - Gleeson Regeneration & Homes, purchased on 31 December 2009 a further 8,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 129p per share. Following this purchase, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 1,035,450 Ordinary shares in M J Gleeson Group plc representing 1.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
