Proxy Voting Form

Glanbia plc ("Glanbia", the "Group", the "Company", the "plc"), the global nutrition group, announces that the Proxy Voting Form for the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Proxy") is available from today on the Company's website, and may be viewed and downloaded online at:

The Proxy has been submitted to Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:-

The Proxy will be posted today to shareholders who have elected to receive it by post and will also be available from the Group Secretary and Head of Investor Relations at the Company's registered office at Glanbia House, Kilkenny, R95 E866.
