Glanbia plc (the "Company"), the 'Better Nutrition company', reports that TirlĆ”n Co-operative Society Limited has nominated Bill Carroll to replace Gerard O'Brien on the Board of the CompanyĀ with effect from 12 June 2025. Gerard O'Brien retired on 11 June 2025.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure under Paragraph 6.1.7 Chapter 6 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and Paragraph 6.4.8 Chapter 6 of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
