Retirement of Jerry Liston

Glanbia plc is making the following announcement in the context of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 13 May 2014. Mr. Jerry Liston, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that he will not be offering himself for re‐election and will retire from the Board at the commencement of the AGM.
