Completion of acquisition of Isopure Company, LLC
Further to its announcement of 12 September 2014, Glanbia plc, the global performance nutrition and ingredients group, today confirms that it has now completed the acquisition of The Isopure Company, LLC (www.theisopurecompany.com), the completion conditions having been satisfied and regulatory approvals obtained.
