Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, Gulf Keystone hereby provides notification of the following information:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 368,000,348 common shares of USD0.01 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 368,000,348.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Gulf Keystone, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
