Publication of Prospectus - 31 August

Record Date for entitlements under the Open Offer - 5:00 p.m. on 30 August

Ex entitlement Date for the Open Offer - 31 August

Open Offer Entitlements and Excess Open Offer Entitlements credited to stock accounts in CREST of Qualifying CREST Shareholders - 8:00 a.m. on 1 September

Latest recommended time and date for requesting withdrawal of Open Offer Entitlements and Excess Open Offer Entitlements from CREST - 4:30 p.m. on 9 September

Latest recommended time and date for depositing Open Offer Entitlements and Excess Open Offer Entitlements into CREST - 3:00 p.m. on 12 September

Latest time and date for splitting Application Forms (to satisfy bona fide market claims) - 3:00 p.m. on 13 September

Latest time and date for receipt of completed Application Forms and payment in full under the Open Offer or settlement of relevant CREST instructions (as appropriate) - 11:00 a.m. on 15 September

Results of the Open Offer announced - 16 September

Admission and commencement of dealings in the New Common Shares - expected to commence on or around 14 October

CREST stock accounts expected to be credited for the New Common Shares as soon as practicable - on or around 14 October
