Dividend Payment

At Gulf Keystone's Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2019, shareholders approved the distribution of a total cash dividend of $50 million for the year ended 31 December 2018. The initial one third tranche was paid on 5 July 2019 and the remaining two thirds balance (the "Second Tranche") will be paid on 4 October 2019.

The Second Tranche is equivalent 14.528787 US cents per common share of the Company ("Common Share"). It has been converted into pounds sterling at a rate of $1: £0.79930 prevailing on 19 September 2019, and hence a dividend of 11.612860p per Common Share will be paid on 4 October to those shareholders on the register of members of the Company as at 20 September 2019.
