Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited ("GKP" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 8 April 2022 that the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") have exercised their vested nil-cost share options granted to them under the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). Upon exercise, a proportion of the vested award was sold to pay the tax liability arising upon exercise, while the remainder was retained.

Total voting rights
At the close of business on 8 April 2022, Gulf Keystone had 214,431,117 common shares of $1.00 each in issue, none of which were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 214,431,117.
This follows the issue of 700,000 new common shares on 6th April 2022 to satisfy exercises under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan following the vesting of the 2019 award.
The figure of 214,431,117 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Gulf Keystone under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
