Exercise of Warrants
Further to the announcement made on 19 October 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that the 1,500,000 new ordinary shares issued to Derek Lew (a non-executive director of the Company) have been admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be subject to the lock-in and orderly market provisions agreed by Derek Lew as more particularly set out in the Company's prospectus dated 29 September 2020.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises of 516,117,362 ordinary shares. This figure of 516,117,362 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
