Gresham Computing PLC30 January 2007 Embargoed until 7am 30 January 2007Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or the "Company") Period-end trading updateGresham Computing plc provides the following update to progress in respect ofthe year ended 31 December 2006. FinancialsWe expect to report a small profit in the second half of 2006 and as a result,we expect to report full year results in line with market expectations. Clareti Cash Reporting Service ("CCRS")Gresham took on the leading sales and technical support roles for the service on26 April 2006. Cable & Wireless continue to provide secure hosting and globaltelecommunications infrastructure. Through close cooperation with Cable &Wireless and our joint customers, the major banks, we have been able to effect asmooth transition of operational responsibilities. At SIBOS in October we announced that The Bank of New York had agreed to becomea data provider to the service. We now have 22 major banks who have agreed toprovide data to the service; 5 major banks have contracted to receive theaggregated, normalised data as a streamed feed (the Direct service); 5 majorbanks are using the secure web Browser service and a number of global banks arenow involved in live trials and contractual discussions. The increase in thenumber of provider banks who are now live on the system to 14 increases thevalue of the service to users. We are currently working with major banks and their corporate customers to offerintraday/real-time payment information utilising our Clareti range of productsand services. As an example, we signed a new agreement in December to provide ahosted solution for a major UK bank to provide intraday cash management servicesto their corporate customers. StorageWe successfully launched our new storage product in the second half of 2006 andsecured our first OEM partner and sales.
