Gresham Computing plc("Gresham" or the "Company")Grant of OptionsÂ
Gresham, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control software to the global matching and reconciliation market, announces the following:
Ian Manocha, Chief Executive Officer of Gresham, has today been granted options over 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Share Option Plans approved at the General Meeting of the Company held in December 2010, as subsequently amended with shareholder approval at General Meetings held in May 2012 and February 2015. Subject to satisfaction of certain performance conditions, the exercise price for the options is ÂŁ1.10572, which is the middle market price as at the close of business on 29th May 2015, the last business day preceding the grant, plus a premium of 10%. No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
Ian Manocha holds no other options over shares in the Company.Â
