AGM statement

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time data integrity and control solutions, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. today.

At the meeting, the Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Group has made a positive start to the new financial year, having signed five new Clareti deals in the year to date. Trading is on track and the Board remains confident in the Clareti-led growth strategy. The Board is pleased with recently announced strategic new wins, including the Tier 1 bank announced yesterday, and with the progress made against the planned investments in direct sales, global marketing and partner channels. We look forward to reporting further progress in the second quarter and will provide an update at the interim results in July 2018."
