AGM statement

Gresham Computing plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 a.m. today.

At the meeting, the Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Group has made a positive start to the new financial year signing four new CTC customers, including two in the strategically important US market. Trading is on track, with the first three months of the year performing ahead of the same period in 2015, and the Board remains confident in the Clareti-led growth strategy. We look forward to reporting further business progress in the second quarter and will provide a further update at the interim results."
