Gresham Computing PLC20 November 2006 20 November 2006 Director/PDMR Shareholding Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or "the Company") On 17 November 2006, Mr S. W. Purchase (Commercial Director) sold 250,000ordinary shares, representing 0.50% of the outstanding share capital, at a priceof £1.40 per share. As a result, Mr Purchase has reduced his beneficial interest in the ordinaryshares of the Company to 3,797,139, representing 7.54% of the outstanding sharecapital. Mr Purchase notified the Company on 17 November 2006 of the above transaction inaccordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and section 324 (as extendedby section 328) of the Companies Act 1985.
