Gooch and Housego announces that on the 27 January 2011, Mr Andrew Boteler, Finance Director of the Company, sold 13,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Shares") at a cost of Β£5.15 per share. On the same day his spouse, Mrs Lindsay Boteler sold 2,000 Shares at a price of Β£5.15 per share. Accordingly, following the transactions Andrew Boteler now has a beneficial interest in 16,065 ordinary Shares.
