Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 15 August 2024 that on the same date, Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to Gary Bullard, the Chairman, purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.56 per share.
Following these transactions, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 54,205 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.22% of the Company's total issued share capital.
