Application for a block listing of 1,050,000 Grafton Units which may be issued under the Grafton Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Scheme") has been made to the Financial Conduct AuthorityĀ for admission to the official list and anĀ application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these UnitsĀ to be admitted to trading.Ā The expected admission date is 29 April 2022. TheseĀ UnitsĀ will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of entitlements pursuant to the Scheme and will rank pari passu with existing Grafton Units.Ā
