Director Declaration - Non-Executive Appointment

Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, confirms that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Jeremy Townsend, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons"), a leading consumer products group, with effect from 1 April 2020. On appointment, Jeremy will join the Audit & Risk Committee and will assume the role as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee to succeed Jez Maiden, who will retire from the PZ Cussons Board on 31 May 2020.
