Galliford Try notifies that the following ordinary shares of 50 pence each were released on 3 October 2016 to the Directors and PDMRs detailed below in respect of awards granted on 30 September 2013 under the 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan:

Furthermore, both G P Fitzgerald and K Gillespie on 4 October 2016 sold the remainder of the shares which vested to them under this Plan, namely 21,322 and 15,940 shares respectively, at £13.62 per share.
