Thesewarrants were granted as part of an equity placing in August 2003. Application has today been made for the new ordinary shares issued on theexercise of the aforementioned warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM, whichis expected to occur on 5th August 2005. Following the issue of these newordinary shares, there will be 183,327,731 Griffin ordinary shares in issue.
