Griffin Mining Ld08 July 2005 8th July 2005 EXERCISE OF WARRANTS Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or the "Company") has received noticesexercising warrants over 4,925,000 new ordinary shares in Griffin at an exerciseprice of £0.20 per share for net proceeds to the Company of £985,000. Thesewarrants were granted as part of an equity placing in August 2003. Application has today been made for the new ordinary shares issued on theexercise of the aforementioned warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM, whichis expected to occur on 14th July 2005. Following the issue of these newordinary shares, there will be 183,252,731 Griffin ordinary shares in issue.
