Notification of Transactions by
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Pursuant to the notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, the Company granted an award over its ordinary shares of 10 pence each by reference to the same terms and conditions of the Restricted Share Plan (RSP) on 21 August 2015 to Murat Ozgul in respect of his appointment to the role of CEO of the Company on 12 July 2015.
The award was made over 375,000 shares in the form of nil-cost options and will become exercisable in 3 tranches; 25% on the first anniversary of Murat's appointment as CEO, 25% on the second anniversary and 50% on the third anniversary of appointment.
Upon vesting the shares will be subject to a further holding period of three years. The lapse date of this award is 12 July 2025.
The total number of shares over which Murat Ozgul holds options/awards following this notification is 863,328.
