DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 8th April 2019 of the following transactions which in which Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Directors of the Company, are interested:
1. The purchase by Mr. M. S. Goodwin of 681 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £29.37 per share on 8th April 2019.
2. The purchase by Mr. S. R. Goodwin of 666 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £30.00 per share on 8th April 2019.
3. The purchase by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin of 658 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £30.20 per share on 8th April 2019.
4. The purchase by T. J. W. Goodwin into his ISA account of 750 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of £29.35 per share on 8th April 2019.
Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr R. S. Goodwin, and their sons, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert (and deemed to be so). The total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings of the concert party following these transactions are as detailed below:
