DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 10th October 2023 of a number of transactions in which Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are interested.
The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).

Details of Notifiable Transactions
On 6th October 2023 J. M. Securities (No 3) Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased a total of 12,748 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at the closing mid-market price of £52.30 per share from the following persons:
M. S. Goodwin 3,187 shares
S. R. Goodwin 3,187 shares
B. R. E. Goodwin 3,187 shares
T. J. W. Goodwin 3,187 shares
The sale of shares to J. M. Securities Ltd. and J. M. Securities (No 3) Ltd. took place off market.
Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin
1. 177 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were sold at a price of £51.00 per share on 6th October 2023. On the same day 234 ordinary shares were purchased into his ISA account at a price of £53.40 per share.
2. 570 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were sold at a price of £51.00 per share on 9th October 2023. On the same day 389 shares were purchased into his ISA at a price of £51.07 per share.
3. 40 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into Junior ISA accounts at a price of £53.40 per share on the 6th October 2023, 17 were for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin and 23 shares were purchased for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin.
4. 174 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into his son's Junior ISA account at a price of £51.16 per share on 6th October 2023.
5. 174 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into a Junior ISA account for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin, at a price of £51.16 per share on 9th October 2023.
6. 77 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into an ISA account by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. H. Goodwin, at a price of £53.10 per share on 9th October 2023.
