Directors' Shareholdings
Epistem today provides an update regarding the Company's share investment plan, details of which were announced on 13 July 2009.
As a result of the subscription for Partnership Shares and the award of Matching Shares, the executive Directors each increased their beneficial interests in the Company by 279 ordinary shares of 1.5p each. These shares were acquired on 24 April 2012, 29 May 2012 and 26 June 2012 at prices of 412p, 403p and 404p respectively.
Following these transactions, the current beneficial interests of the executive Directors are set out below:
