Placing under the Placing Programme

Further to the announcement on 4 July 2016 by the Company of a placing of new Ordinary Shares under the Placing Programme (the "Placing") in accordance with the Prospectus, the Company's Investment Adviser, Gravis Capital Partners LLP, has identified additional investment opportunities in accordance with the Company's investment objective and policy.

Accordingly, the Board has resolved to increase the size of the Placing to up to £50 million. The Board, in its discretion and subject to the availability of suitable investment opportunities, reserve the right to increase the size of the Placing up to a maximum of £75 million.

The timetable and the Placing Price of 116.5 pence per new Ordinary Share remain as set out in the announcement of 4 July 2016. The timetable has been reproduced below.
