Further Placing under Placing Programme

Further to the significantly oversubscribed placing of ordinary shares by the Company on 19 September 2014 pursuant to its Placing Programme, the Board is considering a further issue of new ordinary shares to allow the Company to take advantage of a number of attractive immediate investment opportunities.
The Company will be seeking to raise up to £75m of gross proceeds under the Placing Programme. Any such issuance would be by way of a non pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares and is expected to take place in Q4 2014.
The number and price of any such ordinary shares to be issued will be announced in due course.
Qualified investors wishing to meet with the Investment Adviser in relation to any potential placing of new ordinary shares should communicate their interest to their usual sales contact at either Oriel Securities Limited or Cenkos Securities plc.
The decision to allot any new ordinary shares to any qualified investors shall be at the discretion of the Company, Oriel and Cenkos and subject to the availability of suitable investment opportunities.
