SHARE ISSUE - DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALING
As disclosed on his appointment, a portion of the fees payable for the services of Mr Greg James, a non-executive director of GCM Resources plc (GCM), is to be settled by the issue of shares. Consequently, GCM has today issued 6,250 ordinary shares to the company through which Mr Greg James provides services to GCM and in which he is beneficially interested. Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 25 November 2009.
