Director Resignation
GCM Resources plc (GCM) advises that Mr David Lenigas has today resigned from the Board of GCM.
Gerard Holden, Chairman of GCM said "Dave has made an invaluable contribution to the development of GCM, firstly as founding Joint Managing Director and subsequently as a Non-executive director. I would like to thank Dave for his contribution over the years and wish him well for the future".
