GCM Resources plc (GCM) advises that MrΒ David LenigasΒ hasΒ todayΒ resigned from the Board of GCM.Β
Gerard Holden,Β ChairmanΒ of GCM said "Dave has made an invaluable contribution to the development of GCM, firstly as founding Joint Managing DirectorΒ and subsequently as a Non-executive director. I would like to thank Dave for his contribution over the years and wish him wellΒ for the future".
