Asia Energy PLC06 June 2005 Asia Energy plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company today announces that pursuant to an exercise of existing options, ithas issued and allotted 15,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("OrdinaryShares"), at a price of 75p to a staff member under the terms of their existingoption deed. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof 10p each in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected tocommence on 13 June 2005.
