GB Group PLC19 July 2007 19 July 2007 GB GROUP plc (the "Company") Exercise of Share Options The Company announces the interest of certain of the Directors in the shares ofthe Company following the exercise of share options under the Group's SavingsRelated Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"). These shares relate to optionswhich were granted to employees and executive directors of the Company in July2002 in accordance with SAYE Scheme rules. • Richard Law, Chief Executive, exercised his option over 76,578 shares (representing 0.9% of the issued share capital) in the Company at an exercise price of 7.6 pence per share. Following the exercise, Mr Law now has a beneficial interest in 1,064,182 shares in the Company representing 1.27% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Law retains further options over 78,620 shares under the SAYE Scheme. • Mona Navin-Mealey, Group Finance Director, exercised her option over 76,578 shares (representing 0.9% of the issued share capital) in the Company at an exercise price of 7.6 pence per share. Following the exercise, Mrs Navin-Mealey now has a beneficial interest in 626,578 shares in the Company representing 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mrs Navin-Mealey retains further options over 78,620 shares under the SAYE Scheme.
