Block listing application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 6 September 2022. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
