DIVIDEND AND TRADING UPDATE

 

Games Workshop Group PLC announces that the Board has today declared a dividend of 45 pence per share, in line with the Company's policy of distributing truly surplus cash. This will be paid on 30 April 2021 for shareholders on the register at 26 March 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 25 March 2021. The last date for elections for the dividend re-investment plan is 9 April 2021.

 

The Company also announces that trading in the three months to the end of February 2021 has been in line with expectations, notwithstanding the majority of our UK and European retail stores were subject to Covid-19 closures and distribution disruption during the period.

 

The Company intends to issue a full year trading update for the year to 30 May 2021 in June 2021.
