Board Appointment

Matchtech Group plc ("Matchtech" or the "Group"), one of the UK's leading specialist recruitment agencies operating in Engineering, Science, Technology and Professional Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Lewis as a Director with effect from 5 September 2012.

Keith, aged 46, has been with Matchtech for 19 years and, since 2010, has been head of Matchtech UK, the largest unit within the Group and focused on the engineering, science, built environment and technology sectors.

George Materna, Chairman of Matchtech, said:
