Correction - Director / PDMR Shareholding

In correction of the previous announcement on 18 January 2016, the Company clarifies that Non-Executive Director George Materna did not transfer 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his family charitable trust, The Materna Foundation on 13 January, although it remains his intention to do so and an appropriate announcement will be made once this has been undertaken.

As the Shares will continue to be beneficially owned by him or persons connected with him following transfer, Mr Materna's total interest in the Company will remain unchanged at 7,877,405 Shares, representing 25.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
