Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that on 11 February 2016 Chief Financial Officer, Tony Dyer had sold 8,427 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 445p per share and that at the same time his personal SIPP had purchased 4605 Shares at 445.15p per Share and his ISA had acquired 3818 Shares also at 445.15p per Share - such shares having previously been transferred to a nominee account on 5 February. Also on 11 February 2016 Mrs Lynette Dyer (Tony Dyer's wife) sold 3708 shares in the Company at 445p and her ISA account acquired 3706 shares at 445.15p per share.

Mr and Mrs Dyer's total interest in the Company is now 309,954 Shares, and remains at 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
